Every year, we host an incredible convention where top SendOutCards' leaders, distributors and customers gather from all-around the world to celebrate the remarkable SendOutCards mission. At Convention, you'll experience amazing seminars, attend top training sessions, and hear from Founder and CEO, Kody Bateman, on the importance of living your life in gratitude. 

This year's convention will start on Wednesday, May 29th and run through the evening of Saturday, June 1st at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, UT. We recommened all guest to arrive on Wednesday, May 29th to get the full experience of this great event.

Wednesday, May 29th
Executive and Above Meeting: 5pm  **This has been changed from the original 3pm - 5pm meeting time to now start at 5pm with an invitation to attend the VIP dinner immediately following. So dress up ready for this black tie event! Watch your emails for further details.
VIP Party: 6pm—9pm (this is a black tie event and by invitation only)
Home Office Tours: 10am—8pm

Experience Salt Lake City

Parking at the Salt Palace Convention Center
The Salt Palace Convention Center offers two convenient, fully-staffed underground parking garages. The first is a 600 stall garage located at 185 West 200 South. The second is a 400 stall garage located at 50 South 300 West. Bicycle parking racks are located in the parking garages and in various places around the Salt Palace.
Cost: $12 per day

We have contracted special room rates for convention attendees who make reservations within SendOutCards' room blocks at the hotels below. Please note: SendOutCards room blocks and special rates are no longer available at the Marriott and Shilo Inn.

Home Office Tours

Since the the convention will be held in the hometown of our Corporate Office, we will be hosting home office tours and we would like everyone to see where the magic happens. Below you can find a video that explains how to get to the home office by using the TRAX public transportation system.
